Instructions For Application to Join Our DVRT Volunteers |

Download and complete the application. Once
received at the Mansfield Twp Police Department an officer will review
your application and contact you to conduct a background investigation
based on the information provided in the application, as well as a date
to be fingerprinted and to receive copies of your valid NJ driver's
license. Once an applicant passes the background investigation, they
will be scheduled for an interview with a representative from Providence
House who will explain the commitment of the training program in detail.
